CANCELLATION + APPOINTMENT POLICY

Booking and Deposits:

  • A deposit of 50% of the appointment cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining balance can be paid using a different card or payment method at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This gives us the opportunity to offer the slot to another client eagerly awaiting our services.

  • Cancellations made within the timeframe will have their deposit refunded back to their original payment method. At this time, deposits are not transferrable to book other appointments.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but this policy helps us manage our schedule effectively.

Late Arrival Policy:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. If you're running late for your appointment, please notify us. Depending on availability, we'll do our best to accommodate you without disrupting other appointments. However, your treatment time may be shortened, and no discount will be offered for the shorter treatment time.

Contraindications:

  • Your safety and well-being are our utmost priority. If it's determined that you have a medical condition or contraindication that could impact the treatment's efficacy or safety, we'll contact you promptly to discuss rearranging or cancelling the appointment. Your health matters to us. Your deposit will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Privacy and Data Security:

  • Your card details are securely stored and will not be shared with third parties. We prioritise the privacy and security of your personal information.

Confirmation of Booking:

  • Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.

Modification Clause:

  • We reserve the right to modify the cancellation and terms of service policy at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
