• FIRST TIME CLIENTS | 90 MINUTES

  The first 30 minutes of your appointment will be a thorough skin consultation. We'll go through everything from your skin goals and current home-care routine to your diet and lifestyle. Your 30-minute consultation includes a cleanse and skin analysis under a magnifying lamp. We will then discuss the best treatment plan for you and take a photo of your skin (which will remain private) to enable us to track your skin journey. The next 60 minutes are dedicated to your facial, using a combination of technology, tools, and corrective skincare specifically selected to suit your skin's current needs and your long-term skin goals. At the end of the treatment, we'll go over your aftercare advice and recommendations to keep your skin glowing for days after your treatment.

• RETURNING CLIENTS | 75 MINUTES

  The first 15 minutes of your appointment will be spent determining what your skin needs during your facial. We'll also discuss your previous treatment, update any medical forms or history if needed, and take another photo of your skin to continue to track your progress and make amendments to your treatment plan if needed. The next 60 minutes are dedicated to your facial, using a combination of technology, tools, and corrective skincare specifically selected to suit your skin's current needs and your long-term skin goals. At the end of the treatment, we'll go over your aftercare advice and recommendations to keep your skin glowing for days after your treatment.

All skincare used during your facial is customised to target your skin concerns. All treatments include a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), eye treatment, serum, moisturiser and SPF, selected specifically for your unique skin.

Here are just some of the tools that might be selected for your facial:

• EMS: The PureLift is the premier non-invasive facial elevation and sculpting tool on the market. Powered by patented triple-wave technology, the Purelift delivers powerful electrical impulses to activate and elevate the facial muscles. The first wave (low frequency) has an anesthetic effect, the second wave (mid frequency) works in the dermis layer, and the third wave (high frequency) reaches deep to the facial muscles. The pulses are randomised, which means the muscles can never adapt - they have to keep working, which is what brings you results. ‍

• MICROCURRENT:

We recommend getting a professional facial once a month to match up with the life cycle of your skin cells; your skin's full life cycle takes on average four weeks. So, by the time you come in for your next appointment, there will be a whole new layer of skin to work with which is essential when treating and managing skin concerns. This also allows us to track your progress and make amendments to your treatment plan and home-care if needed.

After your treatment, your skin will feel immediately more hydrated and appear cleaner, brighter, and healthier. Some mild redness may occur right after your facial, but this is temporary, and you’ll be given clear aftercare instructions to support your skin’s recovery.

As your skin is unique, there is no concrete answer to when you will see an improvement on more complex skin concerns. Stubborn skin conditions such as hyperpigmentation or photodamaged skin may take three to four months before you see serious results (which is why we will take photos to track your progress!).
